As a home inspector, seeing the details is my business, and has been for 20 years. I owned a commercial and residential remodeling business for 15 years, as well as worked for other companies gaining home and commercial experience before that.
This experience easily lends itself to knowing and understanding the ins-and- outs of the buildings and homes I inspect. Personally investing in my own home remodels, and rental properties also gives me the experience to know what is important to you, my client.
I decided to become a certified home inspector to help people have a better understanding of the biggest purchase in their lives. Over the many years in the remodeling business, before I became an inspector, I would have clients, friends, and family ask me to inspect their houses or businesses and give them advice.
